Don Bosco High School and Junior College conducted an Inter-House Tournament on 19 August 2026 to mark the occasion of National Sports Day. The event was organized with the aim of promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline and a healthy competitive spirit among the students.
The tournament was conducted house-wise and across different sections, giving students an opportunity to showcase their sporting talents and represent their respective houses with pride. A variety of team games were organized, including Football, Volleyball, Throwball, Basketball and Kabaddi.
The school campus was filled with excitement and enthusiasm as students actively participated in the various games. The matches witnessed energetic performances, determined efforts and healthy competition among the different houses. The students displayed not only their sporting abilities but also the values of teamwork, cooperation, discipline, leadership and respect for opponents.
The tournament commenced at 9:00 a.m. and continued until 1:00 p.m. Throughout the event, students enthusiastically cheered for their respective houses, creating a lively and spirited atmosphere.
The Inter-House Tournament served as a fitting celebration of National Sports Day, highlighting the importance of sports and physical activity in the overall development of students.
